3D PRINTED DEMO HOUSE

A new take on affordable housing through construction 3D printing robots.

Available in Louisiana, the US in late 2020

FEASIBILITY STUDY

3D printed test house is made to serve as a publicly available feasibility study, verifying cost savings of the alternative construction method and exploring the way of complying with US building codes.

By building a 3D printed house in Louisiana, Apis Cor will prove the possibility of 3D printing a house structure within 2 weeks and twice cheaper compared to masonry construction.

Gaining industry approval for the use of 3D printing technology to build homes has been one of the major barriers to mass availability. Our 3D house is a game-changer.

The goal of our demo house is to set a precedent for the first 3D-printed house approved as a residential house (not as office or showcase). The house will go through the permitting and testing process to verify the wall integrity and material properties.
