Our newly appointed Apis Cor Board Observers:
Jamie Poulos, P.E., Owner of Land Development Company that specializes in Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management, has more than 25 years’ experience in land development including entitlements, civil engineering design, permitting, and construction management of master planned developments, commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, and retail development.
Jamie’s permitting experience includes local governments, water management districts, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Jamie is also a LEED Accredited Professional and experienced in LEED project design. Jamie also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida College of Environmental and Civil Engineering. Jamie is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Connecticut, and Ohio.
The Orlando Business Journal recognized Jamies’ company Poulos & Bennett as one of the Best Places to Work, which is based on company culture, employee satisfaction, and contributions to the community. P&B not only focuses on providing exceptional service to its customers but is also passionate about giving back to the community. Most recently they gave $50 to the employees to go into the community to look for ways to do kind deeds for others, then gathered to share stories of the joy experienced during the challenge. Some team members provided meals, donated to the cause in Ukraine, provided gift cards to those in need, and supported local firefighters.
Andre Vidrine, Founder and Managing Partner at Integrative Development Group, has more than 25 years experience as a real estate master developer. In the past five years, Andre’s most notable master plan communities included Parc Hill mixed-use development, Tohoqua mixed-use master plan, and LPGA residential golf course master plan, resulting in $150 Million in closed revenue.
Currently a managing partner of multiple mixed-use, master plan communities throughout Central Florida, Andre’s large portfolio of assets includes 3,300 single family lots, 2,000 apartment pads, and over 100 acres of commercial property.
Previously, Andre served as Senior Vice President and led operations with the Central Florida division of top home builder, Toll Brothers, and executed projects for all aspects of the residential property for Lake Nona Development Company, Orlando’s #1 master plan community. A few significant projects include Royal Cypress Preserve, Bellaria, and Lakeshore, where he took signature projects from idea to planning and development, to construction and sale. Andre has been responsible for acquiring and/or developing a land portfolio that has included over $500 million in real estate development.
Andre provides out-of-the-box approaches for national builder programs, is a multi-generational problem solver, profitable place-making, and manages investor expectations while meeting municipality objectives. His vast experience in negotiating agreements of sale, completing financial analysis, performing competitive market analysis, visionary planning, land entitlements, and horizontal/vertical development oversight are just a few of his strengths. Andre’s capacity to predict future trends has led him to create and maximize value in every project he touches.
